Basic price increased to $1700.

Bodies

First front (foreward) door on an open Cadillac body
left side only on Foredoor Touring and Torpedo.
Torpedo body all steel on wood frame.
Limo body interchangeable with Touring and Coupe body interchangeable with Demi-tonneau (an inducement to year round motoring).

Chassis

Wheelbase lengthened to 116 in. (2946mm)
Brake drum diameter increased to 14 in. (355.6mm)
Double dropped frame.

Drive line

Rear axle changed to Timken full floating, with torsion arm and two universal joints in the drive shaft.

Engine

Bore increased to 4 1/2 in. (114.3mm)
Schebler Model L carburetor used.
Bosch high tension magneto and Delco single coil system used for dual ignition.
