Fleetwood Sixty-Special: The Sixty-Special was now a one model
line, including only the Brougham sedan. It came with standard extras like
Automotive Level Control; adjustable reading lights; Two-Way power
adjustment Dual Comfort front seat and a padded vinyl top. New exterior
styling was seen along with several new trim features. The windows were
cut nearly into the roof in semi-limousine fashion and had softly rounded
corners. Vertically angled rectangular coach lamps were a common option
incorporated into the rear roof pillar. A broad rocker panel trim plate,
with rear extension, was used. The Fleetwood name was block lettered on
the front fenders, behind the wheel opening and on the righthand side of
the rear deck lid. The new window styling included a wide pillar separating
the front and rear door glass.
