at the Parkway Lodge, Box 65, Lake Louise, AB T0L 1E0. The highway to the left is
the David Thompson Highway which will take you to Rocky Mountain House and Red
Deer. To get to Banff, you will want to go straight and not turn left.

Howse River viewpoint. The Howse River enters the
North Saskatchewan River.

Warden Station is by the bridge; but you have a stiff
climb for the next 30 km.

Mistaya Canyon Trail is just beyond the bridge—in
15 minutes along the path you will see the river plunge into a deep, narrow canyon
in the limestone.
