The Series 35-50 replaced the Series 50, model 350

The 1935 LaSalle was similar to the 1934 but for some detail improvements
Prices dropped about $400
Performance was improved with some tweaking of the engine and a significant weight reduction
This year the bodies were not made by Fleetwood, but by Fisher
The roof was a new all-steel turret design
The four-door town sedan was replaced by a two-door sedan
The LaSalle featured a new vee windshield and two-division moldings in the rear window
The wipers were below the windshield
The cowl ventilator opened forward
The gasoline filler neck was moved to the right rear fender.
Sedans had a built-in trunk
The bumpers changed from two rods to two flat bars
Steering wheel controls were moved to the instrument panel
The wheelbase was increased by an inch
The engine stroke was increased by an eighth of an inch
The carburetor was changed with an electric choke
The LaSalle had a new generator with charging rate controlled by electrical load and battery condition
