Standard equipment on 1974 models in the Fleetwood Seventy-Five line began at the DeVille level, plus
Black sidewall L78 x 15/D tires (optional on other Cadillacs) were used. Also found on all of the big Fleetwoods were new, gray and white bumper impact strips, which cost extra on other models. Series scripts appeared on the front fenders, behind the wheel housings, and "coach" windows appeared in the rear roof pillar. Twilight Sentinel was now featured on all 75s at regular prices.
