1972 Cadillac
The standard equipment for the DeVille included all that were found on the Calais plus rocker panel moldings, rear center arm rest and twin rear cigar lighters. Of course, the rocker panel trim helped in identifying the cars, but there were also new DeVille signature scripts attached to the sides of the rear roof pillars.
1972 Cadillac Coupe deVille
The 1972 Coupe deVille had a minor face-lift from 1971. The park lights were moved from the bumper to a place between the high and low headlights. This move was made because of the new bumper system which was designed to withstand impact up to eight kilometers per hour without damaging the bumper, lights, or sheet metal.
