1969 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD

FLEETWOOD SIXTY-SPECIAL SUB-SERIES 680/681

Fleetwood models had all standard features of DeVilles, except limousine had no front center arm rest. Extra regular equipment included Automatic Level Control. The Brougham included adjustable reading lamps and a Dual Comfort front seat. External identification was provided with bright metal body underscores, Fleetwood emblems and lettering and padded Brougham roof. The wheelbase for Sixty-Specials was again 3-1/2 inches longer than on other models. Interior appointments were enriched and new, Eldorado-look, front and rear styling was seen.

FLEETWOOD SEVENTY-FIVE SUB-SERIES 697/698

Stretched bodies and trim; Fleetwood emblems and embellishments; doors cut into a formal, high headroom roof and generally higher appointment and trim levels continued to mark Cadillac's most luxurious line. All DeVille equipment plus Automatic Level Control; Automatic Climate Control; rear window defogger; four rear ash trays and 8.20 x 15 four ply blackwall tires were standard.

POWER TRAIN OPTIONS

All cars used the 472 cubic inch, 375 horsepower V-8 with no other powerplants available.
Turbo-Hydramatic transmission was standard equipment throughout the line.
Controlled differential was $52.65 extra on all models except Eldorado.
Standard axle ratios: Seventy-Five = 3.21:1; Series Sixty = 2.94:1.
